Primary Responsibilities:


  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by encouraging and facilitating access to learning resources, knowledge sharing, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Design and deliver training programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives within the L&D function, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
  • Focus on enhancing the overall employee experience through personalized learning paths and career development opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and learning data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of L&D programs on business outcomes.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by providing learning and development solutions that facilitate smooth transitions and adaptability.
  • Develop and implement mentorship and coaching programs to support the growth and development of employees at all levels.
  • Experiment with and adopt new and emerging learning technologies and methodologies to keep the L&D offerings current and effective.
  • Develop and implement innovative learning solutions, including e-learning, microlearning, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR) training programs to enhance employee engagement and learning outcomes.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in Learning and Development with a focus on strategic planning, digital transformation, and innovative learning solutions. Experience in a multicultural and diverse environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in supporting organizational change initiatives through effective learning and development strategies.
